Our Returns and Refund Policy

You may return most items sold by ATWOnline.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item we will exchange the item.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Any book that has obvious signs of use.
Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

How to Return Merchandise

When returning merchandise - please follow these easy steps:

Complete the top portion of your packing slip;
Enclose the return packing slip and any other related correspondence with the item you are returning;
Repack item(s) with the original packing materials whenever possible;
Please send your return, securely wrapped, prepaid and insured via United States Postal Service or UPS to:
